 Uncharged skill effect:
Rotates all Planet Eidolons on the Planetarium by 1 grid clockwise
Fully charged skill effect:
Activates a Star Release skill that corresponds to the current Planet Eidolon
Star Release: Moonlight - Artemis, heals the party
Star Release: Spirit - Muramasa, improves the party's defense
Star Release: Mystery - Raziel, improves the party's offense and physical damage
Star Release: Charm - Succubus, grants the party defensive debuff effects
Star Release: Destruction - Nidhogg, improves the party's critical strikes and Holy and Dark damage
Star Release: Doomsday - Bahamut, improves the party's special stats
Effect duration is multiplied by the number of consumed Destiny Points, up to 24 seconds.
This skill's cooldown becomes twice as long as its effect duration. Destiny Points cannot be gained during the cooldown.
Star Release buffs of Moonlight, Mystery or Charm cannot be gained together.
Star Release buffs of Spirit, Destruction or Doomsday cannot be gained together.
